New Life, New Class!

I'm in love!

I'm an aunt for this first time. My sister gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Gaia Hawkins, this past Thursday Feb. 18th, 2016.

I'm so proud of the warrior Goddess my sister was through her 18 hour, natural birth labor. Watching her and my new niece, during this sacred time, has gifted me with a front row seat to the miracles our bodies are!

There are so many layers to the way we work, which fundamentally impact the way we experience life.  And its not like we get a manual at birth for how to care properly for these precious bodies.

And if we did, would it really include everything we needed to know, like Chakras? These potent, but elusive energy centers in the body, are quite impactful in the way we digest our experiences of life and how we express ourselves in the world.

You may of heard about them in a yoga class, or worked with them extensively... either way, they are like a rabbit hole that can keep leading to new amazing insights about the way we move through world. And when we balance them, we begin to access more freedom of expression, strength, confidence, sensuality, and more!

Which is why I'm so excited to share this new Free Video Series I have created about our Chakras.

Whether you have never heard of them, or have some knowledge already, this series is a short but in depth way to spend the next few weeks getting more familiar them. Each video has information and a simple practice you can do, to spend time with the chakra I'm highlighting.

This week features THE ROOT CHAKRA, watch to learn more:

And if you missed the intro video last week you can watch that too:

I hope you'll use this series as a way to spend some time with these important energy centers. And if you feel a 'yes' to more, check out the KamaYoga workshop I'm offering on Chakras. Dive in with the support of me, and a community of like-minded seekers. Register now before the early bird ends on March 10th and save $50.

Much Love,

KAMALI
